Password change help page

When changing your login password, it should meet certain criteria. New password:

• - should not be a previously used one
• - should contain a mix of alphanumeric characters in upper & lower case
• - should be at least 8 characters long
• - should not be a word from a dictionary
• - must start with an alphabetic character and not contain specific characters (only true for OC users)
